We’ve spent all year celebrating Girl Scouts’ 100th Anniversary with fun events to commemorate a century of Girl Scouts. Though most celebrations have been fleeting, we’re happy to tell you about a new way we’ve honored our centennial that can be seen and cherished by Girl Scouts for the next 100 years! Thanks to life-long Girl Scout, Karyn Livingston, a brand new totem pole has been erected at Camp River Ranch! The totem was installed at camp last week, and there was a general blessing ceremony on August 15, with campers and counselors in attendance. Read more

Girl Scouting fit naturally with both those interests and was a big part of Lynn’s early life. Her wish? Pizza.
As a young girl, when Rachel Belle made that wish at the fountain, she was wishing for dinner, but she was really wishing for something bigger. She was asking to be surrounded by something she loves. Food just happens to be one of the many things Rachel loves, and, today, as a well-known reporter and personality on KIRO FM’s The Ron & Don Show, it’s something she gets to talk about a lot. On her weekend show, Ring My Belle Weekends, she often interviews cookbook authors and chefs, and even talks about Girl Scout Cookies! It’s not all about food, though.
